new piece!

In my collection, I have some very old Shakespeare books that are almost so far gone, they are not worth much on the market. But luckily for me, their pages have provided wonderful art material to use in my creations.

"Shakespeare's Raven" came together using many lovely old elements. The pendant was the base of an antique drawer-pull, topped off with a very old button. The drop was made from an original chandelier crystal, Shakespearian text and a vintage raven image.

Shakespeare's Raven by you.

Hope you are all getting through the cold winter months! (for those of you lucky enough to live in year round sunshine...I have to tell you I'm a bit jealous at the moment!!!)

Love this new piece! And I'm so with you on the jealousy thing. Is it spring yet? ;-)

Jes,
I was waiting to see what you would create next! It's beautiful! Wore your "Joy" necklace yesterday and received compliments...had to tell everyone no, I didn't make it! I'm enjoying my necklace.
